TheGayborhood.com is a broad based marketing platform developed to serve three specific functions. 1) to act as the hub for all of our real estate efforts as we target potential buyers and sellers in New Jersey’s gay community, 2) to establish awareness and brand name recognition as a leading provider of sound and unbiased real estate services throughout the Garden State, and 3) provide for the development of a gay real estate agent referral network, so we can market our services statewide, yet be able to provide agents locally who can offer prospective clients a personal touch regardless of their location or relocation plans within the state.

Other organizations may offer gay referral agent programs, but most of them are not located in New Jersey and nor do they specifically target their efforts to just New Jersey residents. That's what makes our program unique. Although we may market ourselves both locally and nationally, our loyalty lies to the community we call home.

Our goal is to heavily market our services, through various gay media formats, including print advertising, internet & email marketing, direct mailings, flyer distribution, and representation at gay pride and other area events. So when gay people in New Jersey think Real Estate . . they immediately think of us.
